When I was a kid in Brazil there was this little girl who got in the elevator. A man who was already in the elevator asked the girl if she wanted some chocolate. He told her, "I have some creamy white chocolate...in my pants." The girl got off the elevator and told her mother who then informed the building residents about the incident. Well, we used that phrase for everything. And since no one really liked the girl, it made the phrase even more hilarious.
